team head up this delicious, lifestyle restaurant that
encorporates organic choices and decadent treats.
With over 11 years exeperience, Kevin has recently joined
Themis and has already made an impressive mark.
Embracing the natural, holistic and organic
elements of the spa ethos, the menu 's have been created to reflect
this philosophy without compromising on taste, needs or
desires.
Buzzy and Sociable
With a totally relaxed, yet buzzy atmosphere you can pop in for
a bite to eat and enjoy nibbles, snacks or more substantial dishes
without formality. The idea is to relax and enjoy - you can
even join us in your spa robe and slippers !
Tasty Dishes
Bento Boxes and a Gourmet Salad Bar sit
alongside homemade dishes such as Salmon Fillet with Cous Cous
or Black Seabream with Salsa Verde. Mediterranean
Vegetable Focaccia or Lemon Chicken Sandwiches can be
served with Herb Wedges or you can even indulge with Homebaked
Scones with Jam and Cream - yum yum !
Smooth Operators
Freshly squeezed juices and smoothies are made to suit your mood
and needs and a selection of desserts let you be as wicked or as
healthy as you want.
Ideal for brunch, lunch, early
supper with friends or on your own with an enormous slice of
chocolate cake and a glass of organic champagne !
Brunch is served daily from 10am -
12pm
Lunch is served Monday to Thursday
from 12 - 5pm
Lunch through to Early Supper Friday is
served 12 - 6pm
Lunch through to Early Supper Saturday and
Sunday is served 12 - 7pm
