- Upon arrival at our luxury spa hotel in Surrey, please sign in
at Reception Desk.
- Within your locker you will find a robe, towels and spa
slippers to wear during your time with us.
- The Spa is an adult only environment.
- The Spa is a mobile phone free area.
- In all areas it is customary to wear swimwear at all
times.
- Only the main outdoor swimming pool is available for
children.
- The Spa operates a no smoking policy.
- Bathrobes are to be worn in public areas of our luxury spa
hotel.
- Please inform a member of The Spa staff of any medical
condition that you may feel pertinent to your visit.
- Please remember to take all your belongings from your locker
when you return to your room, the lockers automatically unlock at
night.
- A charge of £5 is applicable for non return of locker keys at
our luxury spa hotel in Surrey.
