The Spa operates Monday to Friday from 6.00am to 10.30pm and Saturday and Sunday from 7.00am - 9.00pm

Upon arrival at our luxury spa hotel, please sign in at Reception Desk.
Within your locker you will find a robe, towels and spa slippers to wear during your time with us.
The Spa is an adult only environment.
The Spa is a mobile phone free area.
In all areas it is customary to wear swimwear at all times.
Only the main outdoor swimming pool is available for children.
The Spa operates a no smoking policy.
Bathrobes are to be worn in public areas of our luxury spa hotel.
Please inform a member of The Spa staff of any medical condition that you may feel pertinent to your visit.
Please remember to take all your belongings from your locker when you return to your room, the lockers automatically unlock at night.
A charge of £5 is applicable for non return of locker keys at our luxury spa hotel in Surrey.
