Monday to Friday:
6am - 10pm
Saturday and
Sunday: 7am - 9pm
Spa Days
You are welcome to arrive for your spa day from
the moment the spa opens at 6am and stay until close at 10pm.
Treatments are available to book from 10am until late.
Spa Etiquette
We have created an adult only, calm and tranquil
environment and ask that you support this by following our spa
etiquette.
The Spa is a mobile free area
The Spa operates a no smoking policy
In all areas it is customary to wear
swimwear at all times
Please wear bathrobes in public areas of The
Spa and Hotel
Treatment etiquette
What to Bring
Fluffy cream towels, gowns and slippers are at
your disposal along with hairdryers and toiletries. Don’t forget
your swimwear and gym wear and if you’re having a pedicure a pair
of flip flops would also be a good idea!

room, tennis courts to underwater music, we want to ensure you

Child Policy
Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to
enter The Spa at any time. However we are pleased to allow children
to enjoy the main outdoor swimming pool with adult supervision.
Accessibility
Below you will find some information that we
hope will ensure you enjoy your visit to The Spa, regardless of
whether your life is affected in some way by a medical condition,
disability, impairment or specific learning difficulty. Our aim is
to ensure that your visit to Pennyhill Park is as enjoyable and
relaxing as possible.
- Please check in at Hotel Reception to ensure you
obtain easy access to The Spa and Themis Restaurant which are in a
separate building accessible via the ramp at the front
entrance.
- Our luxurious Spa changing rooms have wheelchair
access by lift and feature a roll in shower in each.
- We have height adjustable treatment beds in the
treatment rooms and level access to the sauna and steam rooms.
- The indoor Ballroom Pool is located on the lower
level of The Spa which is accessible via a lift. However, the pool
itself is only accessible using steps, or ladder rather than
hoist.
- The gym is situated on the lower level of The
Spa and can be accessed via a lift – members of the gym staff are
on hand to assist with your workout.
- The outdoor spa area is accessed by the steps or
by taking the lift adjacent to the entrance to the ladies changing
rooms, and going through the Ballroom Pool to the exit door.

Health Conditions
Please inform a member of our spa team of any
illness, injury or health issue that may be relevant to your
visit.
Mums to Be
It is especially important that you let us know
if you are or maybe pregnant so that we can advise on what
facilities are safe to use and can recommend the most suitable
treatments. We recommend you do not use Thermal Heaven or the
Hydrotherapy Pool. Treatments are available after the first three
months.

possible to accommodate your requests.
