five star facilities that are second to none and as a member you
can make the most of them at a time that suits you, for as long as
you like, without interruption.

daily newspapers and refreshments
- We do the laundry! In the amazing changing
rooms and throughout The Spa you are welcome to use as many towels
as you please, there are also an abundance of robes and slippers
for your use

- Personal attention. As a member you
become one of the Spa family where we take care of you and your
personal wellbeing. Our cloakroom valets and gym team ensure your

- Our 3,000 square foot fitness gym is home to
oodles of the very latest Technogym cardiovascular and resistance
machines each with its own entertainment system and the Cybex free
weight area. All overseen by our very own British champion, Chris
Young and his experienced team of personal trainers who are always
on hand with tips to ensure maximum return from maximum
effort!
- The spacious Junkers sprung exercise studio
overlooking our landscaped lawns and outdoor pools offers up to 23
instructor lead classes a week to keep you busy
- Not one, not two but eight indoor and outdoor
pools, all ozone treated and including the centerpiece 25-metre
blue ballroom swimming pool complete with underwater music.
Outdoors there’s also bubbling Canadian hot tubs and hydrotherapy
pools
- Thermal Heaven is the most advanced thermal
sequencing experience in the UK. Complete with herbal saunas,
laconiun (radiant warmth through heated walls, seats and floor),
tepidarium (heated ceramic couches shaped to the contours of your
body), ice cave, aromatic schnapps steam rooms, experience showers
and massage thrones, it stimulates circulation and alternates body
temperatures whilst you sit back and relax. Individual
ladies, gents and mixed sections ensure your utmost comfort.
- The Spa has 21 perfectly balanced five-star
therapy rooms including rooms with twin treatments beds for couples
or friends to share and a suite of VIP rooms with their own private
lounge. A blend of treatment ritual, mood lighting and music
and an experienced and knowledgeable therapist ensures all
treatments are personally tailored to your individual taste and
physical needs
- Our luxurious changing rooms are enormous.
All the usual services are in place however many of these services
provide more than ‘the usual’. Lockers that have space to
hang a robe and a jewellery safe, full length mirrors, walk-in
rainbar showers, plenty of hair dryers, a swimming costume spin
dryer and plenty of consumables; shower gel, shampoo, conditioner,
body lotion and hand cream. The cloakroom valet will replace
and replenish towels, water and fresh fruit throughout the
day
- Café Themis; the idea is to relax and
enjoy. You can even join us in your robe and slippers. Open
all day, you can enjoy a healthy smoothie or freshly squeezed juice
at breakfast time, a light salad for lunch or hot snack for an
early supper not forgetting that cheeky glass of wine
- To make use of the outdoor all weather tennis
court just book your time with the Spa reception and let the aces
fly!
- Clay shooting within the grounds of the hotel
offers a sporting clay layout with a simple shooting lodge to give
a little bit of rural comfort
- Our nine-hole golf course within the grounds
of the hotel is offers a challenge to all levels of golfer, no tee
time needed, just turn up, check-in with the hotel reception and
tee off!
- Manicures and pedicures ensure you are
pampered to the tips of your fingers and toes. The nail
studio features internationally renowned Essie products which are
perfect if you are wanting your weekly maintenance treatment or a
