Gym and Studio
A state of the art fitness suite with a
full range of Technogym equipment each with its own entertainment
system and a Junkers sprung exercise studio with a wide range of
classes such as pilates, yoga and aqua aerobics.
Staff are on hand to help you achieve your goals at all opening
times and there is a 24 hour personal training service (by
appointment) to provide advice and motivation around your
lifestyle.

- As class numbers are strictly limited, to avoid disappointment
please reserve your place in each of the classes you wish to
attend.
- We kindly request that all attendees arrive 10 minutes prior to
the start of the class as a courtesy to the instructor
and other participants
- We reserve the right to refuse admission to the class after the
advertised start time
- Please notify the Studio Instructor before starting any new
class for the first time
- Please inform your instructor if you have high blood pressure,
are taking medication, have any injuries, or have recently
undergone surgery
