Gym & Studio
A state of the art fitness suite with a
full range of Technogym equipment each with its own entertainment
system and a Junkers sprung exercise studio with a wide range of
classes such as pilates, yoga and aqua aerobics.
Staff are on hand to help you achieve your
goals at all opening times and there is a 24 hour personal training
service (by appointment) to provide advice and motivation around
your lifestyle.

10 minutes prior to the start of the class as a courtesy to the
instructor and other participants

the class after the advertised start time

starting any new class for the first time

high blood pressure, are taking medication, have any injuries, or
have recently undergone surgery
