With autumn's arrival the days get shorter and nights longer, the air cooler and drier and our bodies metabolism slows down. Our autumn/winter spa menu reflects this transition into colder months with a focus on protecting, nurturing and hydrating while improving your sense of wellbeing.

At the first glimpse of spring we welcome the smell of blossoming flowers, longer, lighter and warmer days and a feeling of renewed vigour and energy. Our Summer Solstice spa menu reflects this transition to warmer, more active months with a focus on rejuvenating, restoring and energising body and mind.
