gym, studio and outdoor work.

Semi Personal Training
Train and exercise together under the expert guidance and
supervison of our personnal trainer and make the most of the proven
motivational benefits of working out with others.
Duration 60 minutes. £90 for two people and
£115 for three people
Swimming Lesson
It's never too late to learn to swim!
For complete beginners or those who would like to improve their
stroke and technique.
Duration 40 minutes. £50
Motivation Session
A personal training ‘taster’ session to re-establish your
motivation, reset goals and optimise your training results.
Ideal as an introduction to personal training sessions.

Pool Fitness
This pool fitness session is ideal as either a group activity
with friends or an individual session.
This session is not a swimming session but involves muscle
strengthening and cardiovascular work in a non weight bearing
environment and is ideal for new comers to exercise, those with
back problems as well as other injuries and especially those who
want to introduce variety into their training programme.
Duration 40 minutes. £50
Tennis Coaching
Professional coaching available upon request from our resident
LTA qualified coach.
Duration 60 minutes. £50
