London yet in the middle of the countryside. All the staff were so
friendly. They have the most incredible spa, I didn't want to

There are very nice hotels in very nice places but I always find
the staff are the key to an excellent visit, your staff made the
stay excellent. The best staff I have meet so far.. I will be
BACK!

I don't do reviews but this deserves a review. This spa is truly
magnificent, from the moment you walk in you are looked after by
the amazing team of staff. I have been to many 5 star spas in the
UK and this has to be the best by far, the facilities are amazing.
I went here for my Birthday and left feeling 5 years younger. I
loved the outdoor jacuzzi , it was amazing to been in the hot
bubbles in look up at the starts in the sky, when you get cold you
just swim back in to the indoor jacuzzi which is liked to the
outdoor ones. The afternoon tea is lovely not as rushed and
packed as the Rizt or Dorchester, the lady working in the tea rooms
is so nice, you are relaxed as soon as you walk in and you don't
want to leave. I will be going back soon.

We chose the ‘Midweek Rejuvenation Special’. It was A++ from the
moment I spoke with the reservation dept. After our fabulous
treatment, we were taken to the “Sensory” Room which was dimly lit
with soft music and approx eight warm “jell” beds which we fell
asleep in – GREAT way to end a treatment so you get the full
benefit – extremely relaxing - an amazing experience from
start to finish!
